A Data Driven Romance Feature Film
Stacy Snyder who we saw last year in Feeding Time, and The Big Day, stars in The Sound of Setting a film by the writer, and director duo of Melissa Vitello and Bryan Ricke. Last year the couple were nominated for their first feature ‘Speak Now‘ in categories such as Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Leading Actress in the Hollywood Reel Independent Festival, La Femme International, and NoHo Cinefest.
“We are very excited to move into post for our second feature film and already have high hopes for the festival circuit next year” says Bryan and Melissa.
In ‘The Sound of Setting‘ a dramedy, feature film that is about stale relationships and our inability to call it over when it’s over, Stacy Snyder plays the self-absorbed, ever-so-slightly bitchy Claire. Claire throws herself an epic Luau birthday party, and tries to steal another girl’s boyfriend, but gets unapologetically, obnoxiously intoxicated.
Stacy Snyder was offered the role to play the hostess-with-the-mostess in this film and is grateful to work with the writer, director duo of Melissa Vitello and Bryan Ricke again!
The Sound of Settling stars up-and-coming talent such as Ty Trumbo (Mr. Student Body President, Dear White People), Stacy Snyder (Feeding Time, The Big Day), Marissa Pistone (420 Massacre, $elfie Shootout), and introduces new rising talent Joan E. Mann and Chris Sparks.
Melissa and Bryan are very excited to introduce this sci-fi dramedy to festivals early next year
