Sofia Carvalho secures The Trilogy role: an entry promise to the international film industry
Los Angeles, CA (February, 7, 2024). Born in Cascais, Portugal, Sofia Carvalho moved to Ireland at the age of three with her parents, Daniela and Ricardo Carvalho, who both support her dream of becoming a film star.
At the age of nine, after drama lessons, she started acting in the local theatre, and at the age of 11 she attended iPOP, a major talent convention in Los Angeles. In preparation for the event, Sofia took acting classes for six months. At the convention, she performed in front of 200 agents, five of whom, in addition to one management company, proposed to represent her.

Recently, she had the opportunity to participate in the award-winning short film, The Key, directed by Danielle McCormick (Dani). Her debut as an actress in a Studio film will take place in the third installment of my project, The Trilogy, which is due to start production in the South of France shortly. In that film, I am considering her to play the part of Diane.
Sofia is beautiful, polite, and highly educated; her achievements to date tell us a lot about her resilience, determination, and professionalism. We should also note that Sofia is bilingual, that she has traveled extensively, and that, as the photos in this article show, she displays natural talent and fitness.

I am looking forward to directing Sofia in the role of Diane, and I am sure that her performance will be excellent. Diane’s character is also young, but she is a very different person from Sofia. As a result of growing-up in a dysfunctional family, the character in the film finds herself attending a party for adults, and is approached by a Satanist with whom she has an interesting dialogue that gives her the opportunity to reveal her character and motivations…

In the initial telephone interview I had with Sofia, I asked her why she wanted to be an actress and what kind of parts she would like to play. Without any hesitation, she told me that performing gives her the chance to express herself and that she would like to have roles that allow her to go down in film history.

All of the above begs the question: can we call her a child prodigy considering her exceptional maturity and determination? Perhaps we can, but we should probably wait and define her by the talent she will display in The Trilogy. I think that Sofia’s artistic future will be full of possibilities. And it will give her the chance to play the kind of parts she wants.
The Trilogy
The highly anticipated project that is touching on sensitive and very actual subjects of our time. Such a freedom of speech, the sexualization of children, Satanism, and pedophilia. The film is the latest creation of Maestro Bruno Pischiutta, who wrote the original screenplays. The Trilogy consists of three feature films and three documentaries that will be produced by Bruno Pischiutta and Daria Trifu. The motion pictures will be directed by Pischiutta while the documentaries will be directed by Trifu.
