A 13 minute short film noir thriller that will keep you guessing who’s playing who

A loner named Foley sits in his local bar drinking, smoking and thinking about how it all went wrong. He’s obsessed with the luminous Violet but spends his nights in the same bar with her twin sister Lyla. Foley’s obsession with Violet takes a dark and complicated turn after he finds her dead on her kitchen floor. When Foley calls on Lyla for help, the faint line between his fantasy life and reality becomes increasingly blurred. Play Violet for Me has the nuances of noir cinema is an homage to the evocative visuals of David Lynch, and has a cinematic score that heightens its dreamscape atmosphere. Critics agree it is a complete film in a short space of time that leaves you contemplating who’s playing who long after the film ends.
