People expresses mixed reactions to the movie. On one hand the concept of the film is original, even though the idea of arcade games has long existed, it was great to see it in a film. The visual effects were great and entertaining to watch. Pac-Man and Donkey Kong were enjoyable and fun, it brought back old memories of the arcade. Kevin James and Peter Dinklage were hilarious. The movie had many problems: some of the Jokes were so dead. Adam Sandler and Josh Cade ruined the whole movie. The love scene between Adam Sandler and Michelle Monaghan didnt achieve it aim. The biggest problem with the movie was the shifting tones after every few minutes.
In the end Pixels is one of most wasted properries of the Year. And it is the same Adam Sandler garbage.
