Merlisa Determined in 'FAR' away Cameroon

INDIE FILM: ‘FAR’ debut in cinemas 2014, one of its international cast Merlisa Determined shares her experience.

‘AGE Productions’ and ‘Cradle Rock Productions International’, present “FAR” directed by Ikechukwu Onyeka (Nollywood). ‘FAR’ is the highly anticipated Cameroonian indie film, which will is scheduled for release in 2014.

The movie was shot in Washington D.C. and wrapped up in Cameroon, Africa. The cast include ‘Merlisa Determined‘ (Award Winning Actress) who is based in the U.S. teams up with ‘Jim Iyke’ and ‘Dakore Akande’ to create a dramatic piece of entertainment.

‘I was particularly elated playing the Buea Magistrate who would do anything to defend the integrity of her profession and family’ says Merlisa.

She reiterated her excitement making the movie – “I’m really elated. It was a first experience featuring in a Cameroonian movie. The cast and crew, at least for the USA scenes, were made up of actors from multiple countries. I experienced a diverse culture during production.

It was a blessing to have worked with talented artists, people who are committed to their craft. I’m thankful to the Executive Producer, Mercy Etta.”
