
Los Angeles, CA. The tour of the OSCAR-winning film AN IRISH GOODBYE continues and this time the beautiful BAFTA and Academy award-winning film will play in the capital. Tom Berkeley and Ross White took home the Oscar last month in Hollywood for this special live-action short which stars James Martin, the first actor with Down syndrome to star in an Academy award-winning film.
Floodlight Pictures present a special screening of Oscar and BAFTA-winning short film An Irish Goodbye, as part of their Homecoming Tour. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with writer and director duo – Ross White and Tom Berkeley. As well as getting the chance to meet the filmmakers, you can take a picture with the OSCAR.
Logline: In rural Northern Ireland, a pair of estranged brothers reunite following their mother’s untimely death.

On a farm in rural Northern Ireland, estranged brothers Turlough (Seamus O’Hara), and Lorcan (James Martin) are forced to reunite following the untimely death of their mother (Michelle Fairley). But when the pair discover an unfulfilled bucket list belonging to their late mum, their pained reunion takes an altogether different course.
