Jurassic World is the fourth installment of the Jurassic Park franchise, and this time it is directed by Colin Trevorrow. The story is set in a new theme park built on the original site of Jurassic Park. Everything at the park moves smoothly until the park’s newest attraction – a genetically modified giant stealth killing machine – escapes its containment and goes on a killing spree.
Jurassic Park is one of the best movies of this year and the best sequel in the franchise. The narrative is told simply and effectively, without ambiguity. The VFX shots are great, and number three time more that the VFX shots of the previous installment. The audience will experience so many intense scenes. The humor was great, with Chris Pratt as the major protagonist of the movie. The cast did great, each actors role followed a clearly defined spine. Chris Pratt and the raptors were the best thing to watch in the whole movie. However, the story made many references to the first movie. The last act was just epic! The only disappointing for me was the thing was the extensive use of CGI.
