Denise Gossett Stars in 9 Windows Directed by Lou Simon

Denise Gossett’s latest project is 9 Windows the first feature film that will be shot 100% virtually! 9 Windows completed principal photography on March 21st, 2022! “9 Windows” is an exciting new take on the classic Hitchcock film “Rear Window”. The cast includes William Forsythe, Michael Pare, Diana Garle, Christopher Millan, and Denise Gossett. Award winning filmmaker Lou Simon will be directing.

All the environments of virtual assets are creation of virtual artists. The using EPIC’S Unreal Engine 4.27 on a 45 x 16 foot studio volume. The filming is entirely inside an extended reality stage. This without the use of green screen technology. This innovative technology was first brought to the public’s attention when it was used in Disney’s Mandalorian.

“9 Windows” is a landmark in cinema history-the first film of its kind shot entirely on one LED volume.  It also recreates  real-life locations, like a home, a car, and a basement, which makes the environments that much harder to create, because of how familiar audiences are with those locations.  “It was an honor to be involved in a unique project like this” says Denise Gossett. 

“9 Windows” is now officially in post production and it will out later this year.

Denise has been an actress in Television & Feature Films for over 20 years! She can most recently be seen in the Tom Hiddleston movie “I Saw the Light”, the Mel Gibson starring Feature Film “Get The Gringo” and the Morris Chestnut movie “When the Bough Breaks”. In addition to her acting career Denise founded Shriekfest film festival in 2001!
