Press Release: AnnaLynne McCord makes deal with the devil to escape a life out of control
Los Angeles, CA (August 31, 2023). Stonecutter Media is excited to announce the North American theatrical and TVOD release of Tommy Stovall‘s Faustian drama, Condition of Return. Directed by Stovall from a script by John Spare, the slow burn character study tells the story of a churchgoing school teacher’s descent into darkness, and the lengths she’ll go to reclaim her life. Stonecutter Media will release Condition of Return in theaters nationwide and on Cable VOD and Vudu September 22, 2023.
Synopsis: Eve (McCord) is arrested for committing a heinous crime. Shackled in a police station breakroom, she is questioned by psychoanalyst Dr. Donald Thomas (Cain), who is tasked with determining her fitness to stand trial. In a contentious interview, Dr. Thomas persuades Eve to recount her troubling past as she slowly turns the tables, coaxing him into revealing secrets of his own and showing him they may be more alike than he thinks.
