Dawn Noel stars in White People Money, a comedy feature film written and directed by Mark Harris (Black Coffee). MacKenzie Scott the ex-wife of Amazon founder and CEO, Jeff Bezos pledges to give way $15Billion to any 15 winners, then a black couple wins. White People Money also stars Drew Sidora, Barton Fitzpatrick, and Aaron D. Spears.

Synopsis: After a Black Couple wins $1Billion, they struggle to figure out creative ways to keep it a secret from their family, friends, co-workers, and the hood.

Dawn Noel was born in Philadelphia, and attended the prestigious High School for the Performing Arts, and got a BFA from the University of the Arts. She made her mark on Broadway in the Lion King, In the Heights, and Fame. She made worldwide tours with Madonna and Jennifer Lopez as a featured dancer.

Dawn Noel produced Shattered Pitch (short film) starring Chad Coleman, and award-winning 22 Years (short film), both with multiple distribution deals. 22 Years won numerous awards including Best Short Film, Best Actress, Best Director, Audience Choice, and Best Sound. These festivals include The Imagen Awards, Manhattan Film Festival, LA Movie Awards, Philadelphia Independent Film Awards, International New York Film Festival, Charlotte Black Film Festival, Las Vegas Black Film Festival, Viva Latino Film Festival, Velvet Rope Film Festival, The Women’s International Film Festival and The San Diego Black Film Festival.

Mark Harris is a self-taught filmmaker who self-distributed his earlier films selling hundreds of thousands of copies in the United States and Overseas. Today pushes his films through major film distributors. Mark is from the Englewood community of Chicago, where Bernie Mac, Jennifer Hudson, Lorraine Hansberry, Janet Hubert, and Derek Rose rose.

Mark Harris is the founder of 1555Filmworks a film production studio for feature films. As the founder of the Englewood International Film Festival, Mark Harris set it up as a community change-agent in Englewood given the reported high crime rate.
