Introduction: American Ultra is directed by Nima Nourizadeh, it stars Jesse Eisenberg, and Kristen Stewart. A stoner – who is in fact a government agent – is marked as a liability and targeted for extermination. But he’s too well-trained and too high for them to handle.

Review: This movie was a pretty decent one. The story is good, it felt like it was taken from many movies and cramped into one which makes the story a bit of a mess. I really loved the chemistry between Jesse and Kristen and their love was interesting. The action scenes was fantastic with a lot of gore in it which I personally thought is lacking in many of the R rated movies . Topher Grace gave a great performance as the shadow of the movie . The editing of the movie was so good. The cinematography was well done especially for the action sequences. The only issues I had with the movie was the humour not funny. The story felt cramped.
Recommendation: In the end American Ultra is a popcorn flick with loads of fun.
