It is not uncommon for an actor in independent film to have reservations about working with directors. 40 actors respond to the question, “What do you want most from a director?” Most answers are based on a lack of information, trust, creative direction, some or no communication from the director. These responses are an eager protest to directors who need to learn how to communicate with actors in their future productions.
