6 World Premieres among films selected to compete at 12th Global Nonviolent Film Festival
Los Angeles, CA (Sept 16, 2023). An extraordinary line-up of 36 films and documentaries from 15 countries have been selected and will compete at the 12th Global Nonviolent Film Festival. Six of the announced films will make their world premiere.
The Festival takes place from September 28 to October 8. The Awards will be announced on October 9. The entire Festival will be broadcast (including all competing films, trailers, the daily video presentations, and the awards) on-line, on the streaming channel GlobalCinema.online.

The competing films, their trailers, the daily video presentations offered by the Festival’s organizers – producer Daria Trifu, festival director, and film Maestro Bruno Pischiutta, Member of the European Film Academy, who serves at the festival’s artistic consultant – will be streaming live on GlobalCinema.online from September 28 to October 8.
On October 9 the awards given by the Jury are announced on the same channel in the Awards’ Video Presentation.
The 36 selected and competing films will remain streaming on the channel until October 15 giving more time to the viewers to watch the films also after the awards have been given.
The film personalities convened as members of the Jury for the Global Nonviolent Film Festival 2023 are (in alphabetical order): Brad Mays – USA, Olga Matsyna – Italy, Roger Paradiso – USA, Dr. Teresa Mular – USA, and Yuriy Konopkin – Russia.
Media coverage thought the event will be provided by DARIA!, IndieActivity, and Film Daily magazines.
